What is Underworld?

Underworld is our rookie training program! Whether you’re new to skating, coming back after a break from derby, or just want to see what it’s all about, Underworld is a great place to start. Learn more about it here!

*If you are unsure about joining and would like to "try before you buy," consider coming to the first practice on a meet-and-greet status.

Mondays from 8-10PM starting on April 11, 2022.

What do I need to do beforehand?

1. Have USARS (USA Roller Sports) Insurance

   1. To register for USARS Membership and Insurance, click below. Be sure you attach your membership to the DERBY DEVILS INC (Dallas Derby Devils) club.

   2. Included in the registration process is a 1 hour training for SafeSport. This must be completed for your membership to be active. https://usarollersports.sport80.com/register/membership

   3. Adults - please purchase  Full Competition Membership - Adults 

2. Sign DDD required documentation found at the link below. All three must be completed!

   1. DDD Confidentiality Agreement 

   2. DDD Code of Conduct

   3. COVID-19 Waiver

   4. Skater Acknowledgement Form

3. Pay your applicable DDD dues by visiting the member page below:

4. Provide proof of vaccination status

What do I need to bring?

All participants are required to wear all of the following protective gear:

• HELMET

• WRIST GUARDS

• ELBOW PADS

• KNEEPADS

• MOUTH GUARD

• 4 WHEEL (QUAD) ROLLER SKATES

• ATHLETIC SNEAKERS
